Vocal Lab

The rules, in plain words.

What you agree to when you use Vocal Lab, what you keep, and what we promise (and do not).

Terms of Service

Who we are

Vocal Lab is operated by Gabriel Genê, in Brazil. Questions go to hello@vocallab.co or an Instagram message.

The service

Vocal Lab generates AI vocals for electronic tracks from your lyrics, prompts and short references. It is a private beta: you join by invitation, and an admin sets up your account before you can generate.

Your account

  • You sign in with an email and password. Keep your credentials to yourself; what happens in your account is on you.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service or stays unused during the beta.

Acceptable use

  • Only submit lyrics, references and voices you have the rights to. No copyrighted songs, no imitating the voice of a real artist without permission.
  • No impersonation, harassment, illegal content or attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Your content and generated audio

  • Your lyrics, prompts and references stay yours.
  • The takes we generate for you are yours to use, including commercially, subject to the terms of the generation provider (ElevenLabs).
  • We store your inputs and takes to run the service: to play them back, let you download them and improve generation.

Credits and plans

Generation uses credits from your plan. Credits are not money, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and plans, prices and allowances may change during the beta. We will say so here when they do.

Availability

This is a beta. The service may change, pause or go down without notice, and we offer no uptime guarantee.

Liability

Vocal Lab is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost work or what you do with the generated audio.

Changes

We may update these terms; the new version is posted here with its date. Using the service after that means you accept it.

Law

These terms follow Brazilian law. See also our privacy notice.
