Vocal Lab

Your data, in plain words.

What Vocal Lab collects while you use it, who processes it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Privacy

What we collect

  • Your account email and whether you are a member or an admin.
  • What you create: prompts, styles, lyrics, reference audio and the takes we generate.
  • How you use the site: pages, clicks, plays and downloads, your approximate location from your IP address, and session recordings of the screen, including text you type. Password fields are never recorded.
  • Errors from your browser and our servers, linked to an internal account ID. Audio playback and download errors also include the signed-in account email so we can identify who was affected.

Who processes it

  • PostHog (United States): usage analytics and session recordings.
  • Sentry (United States): error monitoring.
  • Hostinger (VPS): our own server, which runs the app, the accounts database (Supabase) and audio storage. ElevenLabs: generation from your prompts, lyrics and references.
  • Cloudflare: DNS for vocallab.co and routing of email sent to hello@vocallab.co.

Why

To run the service, fix what breaks and make the generated vocals better.

How long

Your choices

To see or delete your data, message us or email hello@vocallab.co from your account email. See also our terms of service.
